Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

IMPORTANT:  Please do not just send back any item for a return or exchange. You must submit the rapid return request form to obtain your Authorization Code. You may also obtain this RA code by calling our customer service team anytime during normal business hours.

 

Since every situation is different, please call or email Basic Mens Clothing if you're dissatisfied with your order for any reason. Generally, if there is something wrong with your order or if it arrives later than promised, then we'll work to correct and replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. If you are granted a return/exchange or refund, your must confirm the return and refund before sending any items back with a return authorization “(RA”) code that will be given to you by the representative. You will be able to obtain this RA code by email or by phone. For a rapid return request, please complete and submit a return ticket below. (Please make sure you have your invoice or order number ready for the rapid return request for prompt assistance. (Please remember for most cases any apparel or shoes that are approved for a return or exchange must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. If any items are sent back with no verified “RA” code, then we have the right to refuse your return.  All refund credits can take up 7 business days.

 

Please Note: If you are exchanging an item, please go ahead and place an order for the new product of your choice. Once you have been granted a return authorization code for your exchange, your original purchase will be credited back to you within 7 business days. If you would like to check the status of your refund, please feel free to contact us anytime during normal business hours for further details.

 

If and when the item is returned and it is not in the acceptable condition, we have the right to refuse the exchange or return.

 

All sale and clearance items are non refundable. These items can be exchanged only.

 

 

Graphic & customized Tees or apparel cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is an error done by Basic Mens Clothing.

 

  • Shipping costs for all returns will only be reimbursed if the error is been made by Basic Mens Clothing. The shipping costs will also be reimbursed if the item is damaged or not been processed correctly.

 

  • If items are returned after 15 days but before 30 days of your order, store credit will be issued.
